Sailing Events was formed in 1999 (Orginally called Halcyon Sailing), to provide fast, powerful luxury sailing yachts to the corporate and cruising markets, complete with skipper and crew. Ideal for weekends, client hospitality or team sailing days, or longer cruises.
OUR BOATS
We have a matched fleet of Jeanneau 49s which are large, spacious and extremely comfortable. These powerful boats are responsive and easy to sail, while providing the thrill and comfort of a large luxury yacht! Ideal for groups of up to 10 guests.
OUR TEAM
Our lead Skipper Chris Clark has been sailing for over 40 years, and has extensive experience of the UK, French, Spanish and Caribbean sailing grounds. Also an Ocean Yachtmaster instructor he can show you the ropes and help you with courses and mileage building. He will ensure that you and your guests are totally at ease on board and learn
Our hostess and crew Yvonne Fletcher has been sailing for over 10 years and has worked in client liaison and corporate hospitality for over 15 years. She will make sure that all details of your charter are taken care of and will ensure all your guests needs are catered for.
