Day 4

Sail across the mouth of the River Seine to Honfleur. Rightfully called the prettiest harbour in Normandy. Plenty of opportunities for shopping. This is a centre for art shops and local jewellery
Day 5 Sail to Ouistraham. This is at the start of the Caen Canal and is entered through through a large commercial lock into a pretty tree lined marina.

Day 8

A trip along the coast to visit the famous beaches and the American memorial. Suffice it to say, it will be a day that will live in your memory for the rest of your lives.

Day 10 By taxi or sail (depending on tides) to Cherbourg to take the overnight ferry back to Portsmouth.
